The OCB is one of the fastest growing natural bodybuilding, figure, and fitness organization in the US today. It gives the natural athlete the opportunity to compete at a high level with other natural athletes with the chance of turning Pro and staying Natural. The first OCB show was in 2002 and now has grow to over 70 in 2010.

The promoter, Rev Conrad V. Reid, is a natural competitor and Master Bodybuilder (person over 40) and first started competing in 2001 in many NPC shows until 2008. After winning many awards in the NPC he decided to compete in his first OCB show in May 2009 in Sanford, Florida. After Winning 1st in the open class short and posing awards he decided to help promote natural bodybuilding with the OCB in Florida.

THE OCB SOUTHERN CROSS FLORIDA STATE NATURAL CHAMPIONSHIP, is a competition for

Novice (never having won first place or 1st timers)

Masters (people over 35+)

Open regardless of age or experience

It is a place where a person can expect a high level of natural competition, to compete against others but more importantly to compete against oneself.

The goal of the promoter is to qualify this contest in 2011 as a pro qualifier where the overall winners in each division would have the opportunity to compete as a pro.

We take every measure to ensure that everyone is playing by the rules of the OCB. The drug policy will be enforced on the day of the show. The rules of banned substance can be found at www.thenaturalmusclenetwork.com.

We encourage competitors to “have fun" especially in the posing routines.

At night, family and friends can come watch your posing routines. You only have 60 sec to pose but you can bring props so have fun.
